I am currently gathering information concerning the Bichon frise and I am very impressed with the amount of information that you have assembled here. I am looking for possible breeders in my general area (Iowa) and I have come across several "questionable" ones. I really liked your site and I will refer other Bichon Frise lovers to it.

G'day from down under. We have two little beauties, Azara Broadmeadows Romeo, and Azara Broadmeadows Dee Dee, and Fluff (son of Roxara Crystal Gaze and Mehendi into the Red. We just love the little bastards, but our Dee Dee has taken to biting the legs of any passer by who comes anywhere near us, her lovedones. It comes hot on the heals of her third litter (one pup only!), and I wondered if there's anything special we can do before one of our neighbours poisons her. Kissee Kissee Diyon in Melbourne.

I have a bichon named Amy. She is one year old and is a great pet now. She was a handful for about 8 months. House breaking was a struggle but we have finally overcome that problem. I have had 2 dogs before but none compare with the affection of my Amy. I love her dearly. I'm sure you must feel the same about yours

My male, Bart was sitting on the chair next to me when I opened Mandy's webpage and it was love at 1st sight! He jumped up on the desk and put his nose on Mandy's picture! Topspin has just recoved from Bladder Stones and Backspin has a bad back.

We are in process of looking for pet quality Bichon for our daughter. Since the Bichon will be alone for about 8 hours a day due to school, what is the best method for minimizing damage to the house while we are gone. We don't want the dog outside since we live in the desert and it can get quite hot, even in the shade. Thanks
